What is Anemia?


Anemia is a deficiency disease of blood in the body.What actually means this definition?Like we know, blood transmits from heart to all organs,tissues ,through all body the important substances like oxygen and some nutrients and take the products of metabolism that are damaging  body and transmits them to urinary tract. Like we see the blood have very important act in body.If happened that there is less blood in body than normal ,organs and tissues will start to damage,bones will start to feel weak,and with them all body.And that is what actually happening here.When a person have Anemia its means that there is less of blood in her body,and the organs like system can not to work. 

How to know that i have Anemia?

How person can know that she have Anemia?There is few symptoms that Anemic person have to feel:
  • Headache(constant)
  • weakness(specially in legs and arms)
  • sleepiness (person sleep a lot of hours and still tired)
To some causes can appear depression and little problem with eyes like tiredness.

What person should do when she have this symptoms?

The first thing is to go to doctor and check her blood,specially the hemoglobin and Fe.
She should use Vitamins like Vitamin C or Vitamin B12.
One thing more that is very important ,she should be on a diet.She should take green vegetable like nettle,beet,greens,also red beet,than red meat from cow.If someone do not eat cow meat it can chicken also.
The therapy should be about 6 months ,depends of Anemia,does she easy or tough.

What is the most important for long life ?

The huge problems of the 21 century is death in young ages .But why is like that? Some people trying health diet , you know, like eating vegetables and training some sport , but the results are not to much better than unhealthy life .Than what is the most important thing for long life?
The answer is very simple and very short but its very hard for doing .The most important thing is to not feel stress.But most of you will say :''How  to dont feel stress when i have everyday problem with family, or when i have everyday problem with my boss ,he never have good words for me and i always stay on job longest ? And yes its very hard , everyone of us have problems that not allow us to breath , they are like some weight on our back ...So now there is another question , how to dont feel stress ? The very important thing is to look life on positive way .Positive means when we have some problems we should look how to solve them , not to stand there and say :''ooo my life is bad , i want to die, im so much unlucky '''...No,that is not solution of the problem, that make worse the problem.The problems are normal thing , everyone face with a lot of problems and till we trying to solute them our life is going away , is passing ...why? because we never knew to take a brake on just few minutes and see how much the nature and the animals life is beautiful.We never stop to see where we are and what we want from our life? Where are we?....When we give answers to us than the stress will disappear because we will realize that all our problems, like how to keep job , or to find better house , to earn more money are not even a little important but still they can make huge change in our mentally status , our health...Its very sad knowing that we are let to unimportant things. to destroy are important life ..Realizing what is most important for us will set us free from stress, from worryings , from sickness and we will live at least 95 years :)

Why the Vitamin A is important for body ?

Vitamin A is necessary for the good function of eye and sight and for the skin protection and help organism (body) to be resistant on many diseases.Its specially  important in building  strong bones.Vitamin A can be found in fish oil,liver, butter,fats cheese ,eggs..Provitamin can be found  in carrot ,tomato .green salad, peaches ,yellow peaches,..
Food should contain 75 mg of Vitamin A.Of course the pregnant woman and little children need more.

What Minerals do in our bodies ?

Minerals participate in construction of cells and tissue and regulate a lot of tissue functions.They are included in the bones, teeth and some hormones and enzymes.They held constant structure of blood and other liquid.The function of nerve and muscle tissue depends just of some minerals.
In the organism(body) there are a lot of Ca(calcium),P(phosphor),K(potassium),S(sulfur)Cl(chlorine) , Mg(magnesium).Minerals are entered in organism through food.
Ca is very important for teeth and bones.He is necessary to stop the bleeding.Ca is in a milk ,celery,cabbage,salad,parsley ,beans.Food should contain 500 to 700 mg Ca, for children and pregnant woman  is 1000 to  1500 mg.
P become part of all cells in organism,he is necessary like Ca for bones and teeth.P can be found in milk ,cheese ,eggs,meat,fish,clams and crabs.
Fe(iron) become part of blood cells (erythrocytes),muscles and some enzymes.He is necessary for tissue breathing.Fe can be found in meat,beans,eggs, green vegetables and some fruits .
Food should contain 1 to 2 mg of minerals.(of course for pregnant woman and children quantity is bigger)

What are Proteins?

The organism need Proteins because they can replace the lost who occurs like consequences of the spending protein tissue.The Proteins ensure the creation of new proteins in the period of growth ,in period of pregnancy,synthesis of milk during breastfeeding and at kids.Proteins protect organism from infectious but they also can be use like source of energy when there is no enough Carbohydrates and Fats in nutrition.
During digestion ,Proteins become disintegrated by amino acid.They transform themselves till the appropriate form which will tissue use.But,organism can not to create 10 amino acids from current 20.That means that 10 amino acids need to provide by food.Food in which are the amino acids are usually eggs,milk,meat .
The food should contain 10 to 15 % of the Proteins.

Why Fats are important for body?

 The Fats contain a lot of energy and  the  most important function of the Fats is to bring that necessary energy to organism(body).The Fats have energy twice than  Carbohydrates and Proteins.Fats are usually sources of  vitamins  A,D,E,K so through these vitamins in the body come  fatty acids which contain every cell of organism in 2 % and  that fatty acid are very important for organism because the organism cant to create fatty acids alone ,organism need to receive it through vitamins.
Fats can be animal and plant derivation.The animal derivation have saturated fatty acids and they are solid at room temperature,except Fats got from fish.In the most cases they are not good for human's health.
The plant derivation have unsaturated fatty acids and usually they are in liquid state.They are much better than Fats got from animal and much healthier.They are very good in preventing heart and blood vessels diseases.
Food should contain about 25 to 30 % of the Fats ,but we should use more Fats get from plant derivation than a animal derivation.                                                                                                                             The best oil is olive oil .Olive oil is very good in preventing heart disease,gall  stones ,ulcer and they help in decreasing    cholesterol in blood.

Values of Nutrients

The food is necessary for the human being and have multiple roles.Food need to provide a energy for keeping in life,allows breathing ,circulation and work of the heart and other organs in body.Through food organism (body) gets a nutrients and vitamins who are necessary for construction of the new tissue and their reconstruction in organism.If the food do not contains the necessary nutrients and vitamins it can cause a consequences  at the expense of the body's resistance.It can also affect on active and vital capacity ,and it can appear infectious disease-TBC(tuberculosis).                                                                                           CARBOHYDRATES:                                                                                                                             In the group of Carbohydrates belong various types of sugar , starch , cellulose and other ,similar substance.the substances that are in organism are :-simple sugars ,and complex sugars.                               The simple sugar contain:   glucose,fructose and galactose.The complex sugar contain:  disaccharides   (lactose ,  maltose, saccharose) and polysaccharides(tarch, glycogen ,dextrin).
                                                                                                                                                                                                                   They are very important for organism.But Carbohydrates are not exploit by the organism, the body, than why they are important , if organism do not use it?.They are important because they protect a body from some  diseases and they regulate well the discharge of the guts.In the proper nutrition,from the food that entered in organism ,should contain 50 to  60 % carbohydrates.
