Why the Vitamin A is important for body ?

Vitamin A is necessary for the good function of eye and sight and for the skin protection and help organism (body) to be resistant on many diseases.Its specially  important in building  strong bones.Vitamin A can be found in fish oil,liver, butter,fats cheese ,eggs..Provitamin can be found  in carrot ,tomato .green salad, peaches ,yellow peaches,..
Food should contain 75 mg of Vitamin A.Of course the pregnant woman and little children need more.
