Values of Nutrients

The food is necessary for the human being and have multiple roles.Food need to provide a energy for keeping in life,allows breathing ,circulation and work of the heart and other organs in body.Through food organism (body) gets a nutrients and vitamins who are necessary for construction of the new tissue and their reconstruction in organism.If the food do not contains the necessary nutrients and vitamins it can cause a consequences  at the expense of the body's resistance.It can also affect on active and vital capacity ,and it can appear infectious disease-TBC(tuberculosis).                                                                                           CARBOHYDRATES:                                                                                                                             In the group of Carbohydrates belong various types of sugar , starch , cellulose and other ,similar substance.the substances that are in organism are :-simple sugars ,and complex sugars.                               The simple sugar contain:   glucose,fructose and galactose.The complex sugar contain:  disaccharides   (lactose ,  maltose, saccharose) and polysaccharides(tarch, glycogen ,dextrin).
                                                                                                                                                                                                                   They are very important for organism.But Carbohydrates are not exploit by the organism, the body, than why they are important , if organism do not use it?.They are important because they protect a body from some  diseases and they regulate well the discharge of the guts.In the proper nutrition,from the food that entered in organism ,should contain 50 to  60 % carbohydrates.
